Because every piece is created specifically for you, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalised orders.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

Where the fault is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details, including spelling, dates, weight and length, are correct before submitting your order.

Memorie Lane Co cannot be held liable for errors caused by incorrect information entered at checkout. We strongly encourage you to review the confirmation step carefully.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year. Estimated production time is provided at checkout.

Payment is required upfront, in full, before we begin production of your keepsake.
